3.1 To access the full features of the okpaly Platform, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) okpaly account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. okpaly uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okpaly will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify okpaly immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat on the Platform.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). okpaly is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.
4.1 okpaly supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where supported.
4.2 All transactions on the okpaly Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your okpaly account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. okpaly is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. okpaly reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 okpaly does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended.
4.6 okpaly reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or delay withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 okpaly may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ok paly reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or wagering in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 okpaly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
6.1 All games available on the okpaly Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
6.2 okpaly uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okpaly will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. okpaly's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. This includes but is not limited to bots, scripts, exploits, and collusion.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of okpaly.
9.1 okpaly collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 okpaly implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and okpaly cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.3 okpaly will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

11.2 okpaly's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okpaly account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okpaly makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12.1 okpaly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 You may close your okpaly account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
12.3 okpaly reserves the right to withhold funds and conduct an investigation before processing a final withdrawal upon account closure where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the okpaly Platform shall first be submitted to okpaly's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
13.3 okpaly operates in compliance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
